All prices are stated in Danish Kroner (dkk) and always incl. VAT but excl. postage.

It is NOT possible to use a discount code on our package offer.

Delivery and payment confidentiality

When paying for an order on the website, an order confirmation is automatically sent to you. We will then pack and ship your order.

TeeShoppen.dk offers payment with the payment cards:

  • Dankort
  • VISA
  • MasterCard
  • As well as the acclaimed ViaBill and QuickPay.

The amount is only deducted when the item is shipped.

Payment with ViaBill

When purchasing with ViaBill, you will first receive your goods, and then the interest- and fee-free monthly payment falls every 20th of the month. The agreement on payment with ViaBill lapses when a purchase is canceled, cf. section 26 of the Consumer Contracts Act. Delivery and transport

All orders are shipped with either GLS, DHL (if overseas) or DAO. We send our packages with Track & Trace number as full insurance. Orders are packed and shipped within two (mostly one) business days.

Our shipping companies have a delivery time of typically 1-2 days, where delivery can be expected. However, there may be unforeseen delays on the part of the shipping company.

If you choose a ParcelShop, a parcel will be sent by GLS, DHL (if it is abroad) or DAO to the nearest parcel shop near you. You will typically receive the package within 24 hours of ordering and paying for it.

If you choose Delivery to the door, we will send the package all the way home to your front door. If you are not home when the shipping company arrives, they put a note in the mailbox telling them that they will try again a few hours later.

Our shipping prices depend on which supplier you choose, but are between DKK 29 to 39.

TeeShoppen Studio / products with print order

A print order cannot be canceled once the order has been placed, as this is a tailor-made task and therefore cannot be refunded.

TeeShoppen Studio delivery

Delivery of products with Press is up to 3 weeks delivery, unless otherwise agreed with us.

Order with own print

The delivery time is up to 3 weeks from receipt of print-ready material unless otherwise agreed. For prints designed via our design module, please note that the actual draft of the t-shirt is a sketch and there may therefore be a change in size due to the graphic file. If you want precise measurements, please write the exact measurements to us together with your order.

Right of complaint

The Purchase Act's defect rules can apply to purchases of goods.

When you shop with us as a consumer, you have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. It is a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of incorrect use of the product or other damaging behavior.

You must complain within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely.

If the complaint is justified, we will refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The item must always be sent back in proper packaging, and remember to get a receipt for shipment so we can refund your shipping costs.

The package must be sent to our address and not a parcel box / post office.

When you return the item, we encourage you to describe the problem in as much detail as possible so that we can help you in the best possible way.

  1. Print out our return slip and fill it out. ( See return slip here )
  2. Send the item back to our address & remember to send the return order with.
  3. When we receive the package, we will send the new sizes back.

We do not accept packages without delivery or packages sent by post. cash on delivery.

We have three different cancellation deadlines

Ordinary right of withdrawal 14 days

You have the option of exercising the ordinary statutory right of withdrawal. You must notify us within 14 days of receipt that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notice must be given at info@teeshoppen.dk / Tel no: 70707217 or by using the standard cancellation form. In your message, you must make it clear to us that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. Once you have notified us that you want to cancel your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us.

You can not regret it by simply refusing to receive the item without at the same time giving us clear notice of this.

Undoing part of the purchase

If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.

Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.

No right of withdrawal on delivery of goods that are made to your specifications or have a clear personal touch,

You must bear the direct costs of returning the item. You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item.

The condition of the item when you send it back

If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and the way it works, you can only get a part of the purchase amount left. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.

We recommend that you return the item in the original packaging.

If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.

Refund of purchase amount

If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (this does not apply to additional delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), within 14 days from the day we receive your notice that you wish to cancel the agreement.

We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We may withhold payment until we receive the item, unless you send us proof of return

We only accept parcels that are sent directly to the address.

Our extended 101-day right of withdrawal

We offer an extended return policy of 101 days, on all unused items. Upon receipt, we strongly encourage you to check the goods. If the package and / or contents are damaged when you receive it, please report it immediately.

You have the opportunity to get money back for up to 30 days after purchase and up to 101 days you can return the item and get a credit note to our webshop as well as

You as the buyer pay for the return shipping yourself, if the return is due to you having regretted the purchase.

Items / products returned must be returned in the same condition and quantity as received when you regret 15 days after purchase. In addition, it must not be used and all original labels must be intact.

If the above is found to be met, we will refund the paid purchase price (on the product itself) upon receipt of the returned order. NOTE after 30 days the item can only be exchanged for another size or a voucher.

* However, the above 101-day right of return does not apply to items from TeeShoppen Studio (items with own print) . As soon as we have printed your t-shirt with your own print, your right of withdrawal will lapse.

Once we have received your return package and it meets our return requirements, you will receive a confirmation that we have received your returned goods and that we will refund you as soon as possible

If it is within 30 days you regret after the purchase. It can take up to 14 working days from the time you send the package back until we have received and processed it. We usually refund the money to your account the same day you receive the confirmation that we have received your goods. However, it can take up to 2 weeks before you can see the money in your account. It depends entirely on your bank and we have no influence on it.

All items are refundable when they are:

  • Unused - You've tried the clothes but not gone with them.
  • New - they are not washed
  • Undamaged - if there is something wrong with the item when you receive it, return it as a complaint
  • With unbroken hangtag - if you have removed the sticker in the neck, the hangtag is not unbroken. So let it sit while you try on the clothes

Applicable to the extended right of return / exchange

Footwear and accessories / accessories must be returned with the original box / packaging and dustbag and sent in an extra protective box - please reuse the packing box it was sent in. All labels must remain on the accessory in order to return it.

We recommend that you send clothes, footwear, accessories back in the packing box it came in. Just put the return label over the old label and seal the box well so it can not go up during transport. Remember to enclose the return note.

Right of exchange

We also provide an option for exchange in case of incorrect sizes / colors, should this be desired. To obtain this right of exchange, the goods / products must be returned in the same condition and quantity, with original labels intact and without being used. The prerequisite for such an exchange is also that you indicate when contacting us which size / color you want instead. If the right of exchange is not fulfilled, you have the option of exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the goods.

Privacy Policy

Your information about name, address, telephone number, etc. is treated completely confidential and is therefore only used when we need to service your order. Legal requirements require that we keep your personal information for up to five years. The TeeShop is responsible for handling personal data, therefore the data is stored on a secure server. We do not share your personal information with third parties. PayPal & QuickPay are responsible for the TeeShop's payment solution, which means that the TeeShop does not handle your stated data when using payment cards.

In addition, we collaborate with a number of other companies that store and process data. Companies process information solely on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

We only work with data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your information.

The data responsible for teeshoppen.dk is Noodle Firm ApS, where the information is also registered.

As registered with Noodle Firm ApS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. You have these rights according to the Personal Data Act and inquiries in connection with this should be directed to: info@teeshoppen.dk

The content of our WebSite (text, graphics, logo, icons, images & data) belongs to the TeeShop. All misuse and copying of our materials without permission is therefore not permitted. If you want to reproduce our materials, you must have approval from us.

Right of appeal

If you want to complain about your purchase, please contact josefine@teeshoppen.dk. If we do not succeed in finding a solution, you can submit a complaint to relevant boards in the field, provided that the conditions are met.
